Pretty tough song to tab. Those triplet beats give me the most trouble. Its hard to get the tempo correcty also because they are speeding up and slowing down constantly. It would be a tempo marker disaster area (lol). Having alot of repeat bars doesnt help because they are shifting speeds in the middle of them at some points and it would make the tab twice as long to correctly tab it to the cd's tempo Anyways this should play pretty good for you. Easy to hear the parts because you can pan back and forth and they are pretty much perfectly seperated. That helps alot.
The modulator effect at the beginning really isnt neccesary if your one guitarist. It sounds pretty good if you just play that slide part in the 3rd staff along with the main staff riff. Be sure and let the notes ring much as possible if you are doing that.
The N.C (E) or other note named represents the base root note of the main riff when no normal chord forms appear.
