This is how the sounds in measures 21 and 37 are produced: Place right hand finger above the high notated fret and pluck string with thumb causing an harmonic. Then bend the string with your left hand fingers.

The high melody in measures 45-46 and 69-70 are tapped with the right hand. Therefore the low melody has to be tapped with the left hand.
