The picking at the start and end is pretty simple - just finger using the standard open chords G, Cadd9, Em, C, Dsus2. The chords in the tab differ slightly because I'm not sure if there are bass notes played or not. I have 'ghosted' these notes as they're kinda optional - it sounds fine either way.
