Thumb plays low melody throughout.
All mutes are slaps w/right hand.
All chords are implied.
Obviously, the tempo of the orignal is much faster than 150 bpm (it's right around 200), but I don't know if it's humanly possible to play it that fast. I can play it at 150, and it sounds great at that speed. I think any faster would just sound hectic and rushed.
I didn't include the harmony line because it would be impossible to play.
Measure 7: Unfortunately, I had to bring the bass line up an octave for this measure, but I figured it was better than bringing the melody down.
Measure 14 & 17: I must've tried at least 10 different things for that crazy tremolo part, and decided that this sounded the best (suggested by Javier Gutierrez).
Measure 19: The first note in the high melody (D) should actually be tied to last note in the previous measure (measure 14), but PowerTab can't tie through the 1st/2nd ending thing.
Measure 25: Watch those 16th notes. The song is swung, and when I was learning it I had a tendancy to play 16th triplets and an 1/8 note. Make sure you keep them straight.
Measures 29 & 30: I have no idea if those chords are right, but it's the best I could come up with.
