Not really much to say here, it's all fairly self explanatory...Use a metal slide for the slide parts. The only parts I'm not basically 100% on are the outro solos. I got the gist of them, but due to heavy signal processing and tricky rhythms and phrasing I'm not sure they're perfect. If you can help me out with them, please do...

Colin Edwin plays this song with a standard tuned bass until the "Breakdown"-section comes. From that section and onwards he plays with a drop D-tuned bass.

I arranged the whole song for a drop D-tuned bass because then you can a) play the whole song without changig equipment or detune your bass right in the middle of the song, and b) because the song doesn't get any harder to play even though the E-string is tuned down one whole step... :)

I hope it doesn't cause any problems for anyone out there.

As usual, when it comes to Colin Edwin, there is a lot of improvisation involved. So feel free to improvise!

Steven Wilson said of "Even Less": "That track originally was seventeen minutes long and was recorded as a seventeen minute long track, and it had everything on it. Just ridiculous amounts of overdubs on that track." The song was first released as a one-track promo tape delivered to record stores in order to promote the album. The promotional cassette came in a plain white sleeve with the words "Who Is This?" written in ink and a number 1 in the top right hand corner.
