The bass lies embedded very low in the mix on this record so it's hard to hear what's going on(the same goes for the 2:nd, 3:d and all other guitars on the record). But this should be at least, 98% correct... :)

Trivia

Godhead's Lament is The second Track on Opeth’s concept album Still Life and the song finds the outcast attempting to conceal his return. He contemplates the consequences, considering leaving for safety's sake, but does not, his desire to see Melinda again outweighing any concerns for his welfare. He watches her from afar, only to discover that she has become a nun (godhead). Yet he still tries to get her back.
