Content Linked to by TabScout

The sites displayed as search results or linked to by TabScout Services are
developed by people over whom TabScout exercises no control. The search
results that appear from TabScout's indices are indexed by TabScout's automated
machinery and computers, and TabScout cannot and does not screen the sites
before including them in the indices from which such automated search
results are gathered. A search using TabScout Services may produce search
results and links to sites that some people find objectionable,
inappropriate, or offensive. We cannot guarantee that a TabScout search will
not locate unintended or objectionable content and assume no responsibility
for the content of any site included in any search results or otherwise
linked to by the TabScout Services. 

Acceptance of Terms

TabScout ("us" or "we") provides its service to you
subject to the following terms of service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to
these terms, you are prohibited from using our services and must leave
immediately. The TOS may be updated from time to time without notice. The
most current TOS can be located online at TabScout.com. In addition, you
and we shall be subject to any additional guidelines or restrictions
outlined as a part of additional services offered through our site, such as
the member section. All such guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference
into these TOS. These TOS represent a contract by and between TabScout
and anyone who uses our service.

Breach of These Terms of Service

These terms of service are a binding contract which you have agreed to enter
into in exchange for the use of information provided on this site. In the
event that you breach this agreement and legal action would become
necessary, you hereby agree that you will pay the costs of any such action
including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees.

In the event of a dispute which requires the filing of a legal action, you
also hereby agree that the proper venue for the purposes of such suit will
be Monroe County, Indiana.

You also further agree that TabScout shall be entitled
to all forms of relief available to it including, but not limited to,
monetary damages and/or equitable damages including an injuction,
restraining order or other remedies other than money which might be made
necessary by your breach of these terms of service.

Restrictions

By using our services, you agree that you will not:

    * Engage in any activity that will restrict or inhibit other users from
      accessing our site. Activities prohibited by this restrction include, but
      are not limited to denial of service attacks or unauthorized access or
      vandalism to our servers.
    * Post or transmit any material that: contains vulgar, profane, racist,
      or abusive language; is defamatory, slanderous, libelous, disparaging,
      grossly inflamatory, innaccurate, false, misleading or unreasonably harmful;
      violates the rights of TabScout or any third party; is
      copyrighted or in any way protected by intellectual property laws, without
      the lawful consent of the material's respective owner(s); disrupts or
      violates the security of our server(s), including any program intended to
      inhibit access to our site or gain access to member passwords or other
      unauthorized information; constitutes or encourages conduct that would
      constitute a criminal offense, or is in any way unlawful, or would give rise
      to civil liability; that in any way violates any local, state, national, or
      international law.
    * Use the information contained in our site for financial gain.
    * Engage in any act or conduct that in any way infringes upon our rights
      or the rights of our users, partners, affiliates, or anyone else.

Violation of any of these restrictions represents a breach of this contract.

Limitation of Liability

Our website is fully automatized in that process.
This means that we are crawling other websites,  indexing them, and then linking to
guitar-pro and powertab files they offer.
