Piano arranged for guitar; it's actually kind of playable, or at least nice to listen to. It's essentially a waltz based around the Dm/Am/F/C chord progression with a simple melody on top. The 8th/16th note differences in the intro keep it from being too repetitive. What looks rather nasty in the middle is just elaborations that are arpeggiated (Dmadd2 etc).
Guitar I = right hand
Guitar II = left hand (tune low E down to C to get in the low note)
Guitar III = right hand up one octave - shown in this tab by capo 12, although that's obviously not possible - use an octaver of some sort.
